Return & Refund Policy

At Furever M. we take great pride in creating premium, Australian made fragrance products for dogs. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us and are committed to providing remedies in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
  • ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
  • PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED 
  • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us at - admin@fureverm.com.au within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  • YOUR ORDER NUMBER 
  • CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE ISSUE 
  • A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FAULT

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A REPLACEMENT 
  • A REFUND (INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS WHERE APPLICABLE, OR 
  • ANOTHER REMEDY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACL.

Furever M. will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or damaged items.

Return Processing 

Returned items are inspected on arrival. Once approved:

  • REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
  • PROCESSING TYPICALLY TAKES 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
  • YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONCE YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED 

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
