Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne studio within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary due to factors out-with our control, including carrier delays, peak periods or weather events.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive Australia post tracking details via your nominated email address.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Furever M. is responsible for ensuring your goods are dispatched within a reasonable time frame. However, once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery time frames are managed by the carrier and Furever M. cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All parcels are shipped with an automatic Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified at checkout. By selecting ATL, you acknowledge that delivery is deemed complete once the parcel is left at the nominated address, Furever M. is not liable for loss, theft or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
